APLE Teachers

If you provided eligible teaching service as a qualified credentialed teacher (credential date prior to 11/1/2008), the Commission should have already sent you the 2008-2009 Employment Compliance Verification and Loan Balance Verification Forms in mid May 2009. Access the forms at www.csac.ca.gov/apledocs.asp

Those forms must be completed and returned to the Commission. Your paperwork will then be processed as soon as possible. The Commission will continue to accept and process paperwork throughout the year. Please make sure all of your forms are completed correctly. Any errors or blank areas may delay your process.
